All payments are processed safe and securely through PayPal.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase an item. We accept all major credit, debit and visa cards.
We accept payment in over 18 different currencies these include – US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euros, Pound Sterling, Japanese Yen, New Zealand Dollars, Swiss Francs, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Swedish Kroner, Danish Kroner, Polish Zloty, Norwegian Kroner, Hungarian Forint, Czech Koruna, Israeli Shekels, and Mexican Pesos.
We take security very seriously. We do not receive your bank or card details, we only receive your name, email address and posting address. None of your information will be passed on to any other firms. To maintain security and prevent fraud all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation from both PayPal and the card issuer.
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
If paying by credit, visa or debit card, payment on your bank statement will show up as ‘PAYPAL*KOHTRAD’.

We send worldwide.
All items will be sent out as soon as possible after payment has been received.
All purchases will be sent direct to you from our warehouse in London, UK via Royal Mail.
The time is takes for your purchase to arrive will depend on where you live. Packages inside the UK will take about 2 or 3 days, to Europe, North America, and Australia can take between 5 to 14 days. Occasionally items have been known to take as long as 4 weeks.
Please be aware that some countries do have slower postal services, these include Germany, Spain, Italy and France. If your purchase has not arrived in 30 days please inform us by email and we will then open an investigation with the Royal Mail.
Please be aware that we have no control over postal workers, postal services, customs, and airlines.
Items returned as ‘Unclaimed’ will incur a reposting and handling fee. If reposting fees remained unpaid for 7 days this will result in ‘Abandoned Item’ status and will be resold.
RETURNING AN ITEM
All items are checked before sending. If you are unhappy with your order and want to return the item for a refund you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then refund you (return postage costs are not included in the refund).
If you have ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange for a different size then this is fine, but please bear in mind you will have to pay the return postage costs. So make sure you are buying the correct size.
The items you return must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse in London.
